Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Undelia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Undelia is a verified library of makeup outcomes for deep skin, organised by depth and undertone. Outcomes are contributed by community members and reflect their personal experience. They are provided for information only and are not a guarantee that a product will behave the same way on your skin. Undelia is not affiliated with the brands listed and takes no sponsored placements or affiliate revenue.
Accounts
You must give accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent to processing of your data under your local law (at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live).
Membership and payment
- Membership is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, processed by Flutterwave.
- Membership unlocks full access to verified outcomes and shade-twin matching.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Contributors who log the required number of verified outcomes may earn a period of full access at no charge, as described in the app. This is a benefit we may change or withdraw.
Your contributions
You keep ownership of what you contribute. By submitting outcomes, notes, or photos, you grant Undelia a licence to display and use them within the service (including in anonymised, aggregated form). You must only submit content that is truthful, is your own experience, and that you have the right to share. Do not submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no scraping, no reselling the data, no attempts to break security, no fraudulent contributions, and no harassment of other members. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
No professional advice
Undelia provides community information about cosmetics. It is not medical, dermatological, or professional advice. If a product causes a reaction, stop using it and seek professional help.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Undelia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on community outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be notified before they take effect. You may stop using Undelia at any time; we may suspend the service or accounts that break these terms.
